Future Enclosure

I just got home from the local Council Auctions where I had gone to look at used Lawnmowers that sold for way more than they were worth, some even as much as a new one would cost,

However I ended up walking away with this cabinet, I'll be converting it into an enclosure for my Murray Darling, it may be better suited for a different snake but she's all I have at the moment

It's 6 foot long and about 1.7 foot high(the cabinet not including legs)

Best part was it only cost me $25

True that, and I'll be giving it a coat of paint, the fake wood grain is a little boring.

Haha true, I'm not overly fond of BHPs though, maybe something else though.

well done on the find, i would love a woma too but dont have the apprpriate license, i read in reptiles australia magazine that they are class two because several years ago womas were very rare in captivity and the security of there status in the wild was in doubt. I think that womas will be on class 1 once they realise that they are quite common in captivity now.

i have just taken that staight out of the magazine, i didnt know if i should of said the name of the magazine or not so i just said it incase someone thinks that i am takeing credit for someone elses work, which i dont want to do.

i hope this helps

jamie

Don't forget to seal it to make it water resistant.

Thanks will do

I'm going to hunt down some marine carpet to put inside, does anyone know what colours it comes in?

I plan on painting the wood grain a grey colour, so will need something to match.
