When you say and I quote,

"If you want a handling pet try a small snake or a beardie."

One could technically say that they too just tolerate being handled.

I'm not saying geckos should or shouldn't be handled, but I have amyae that handle better than a lot of beardies out there.

True OzGecko- but its a well known fact that collectively speeking geckos do not cope well to being handled. I'm fair sure that the underlying message being asked in this thread was with regard to handling as a domestic styled pet. May be right maybe be wrong.

Now although none of these (reptiles) would be seen as your average run of the mill domestic pet, i think that if this was the point to the thread then a snake or beardie would be best suited wouldn't you??
