Yes, not much fun, especially when scared of needles. Add to that I had a nose piece for constant oxygen, its a great advertisement to quit smoking (although didn't work for silly me).

Hope you are on the mend.

thanks falcon yes am and i have stopped being stupid and behaving for my diabetes too. still have to eat liquid foods as blood test on sat says the pancreas and liver are still not good, they let me come home too soon according to my GP Was 1pt off being in ICU scary.

Last time I was in hospital the same thing happened to me

I've been in a lot over the years and when I told them something was wrong and that they must've missed the vein, they disagreed saying"there will be some discomfort

an hour later my arm looked like Popeye's, thats when they fixed it for me and gave me some morphine

Too far away alice springs!! it was the truth and i still have the brusing being diabetic it takes longer to fade, took the pic 7 days after it happened.
