Depends on where you live and the ambient room temperatures nuggett. If you are using a thermostat then you can go as high as you want. If, however, you merely want to create a hot spot then you might only need a 75. I am guessing you are housing some type of carpet python by the dimensions.
The best suggestion is to start with a certain wattage and test it. probably the cheapest way would be to get a 100 watt party globe and see what temps you get. If it is too cold get yourself a 150 watt ceramic. If it is too hot then get yourself a 75 watt ceramic.
But definitely test first. and if you are not using a thermostat then make you you also test on a 40 degree day.
