heating options

hi all, i was just looking on the herp shop to order some new heat panels but theyve been dicontinued. Cant believe it, they were the best for small enclosures as they dont take up any space.
Has anyone found anything else like these to prevent using bulky light cages?
Any advise would be great.

From what I gather there is a vast difference between this product and the ones used in the States, are these panels hot to touch on the front surface (by hot I mean potentially dangerous)?
