hi guys,
i just recently got 2 spotted pythons
and would like some advice on heating
and lighting. i want to know if its alright
to use a day globe all the time or if i need a
red globe also what temps to keep them
at all year round as i would like o breed.

well i use blue globes 2 heat my cage, i keep it at about 28c to 30c , do u have pics of ur new snakes

You shouldn't use day globes 24/7, they need a photoperiod. Use red if you are keeping them on all the time. I would also have the warm end about 32-33.

Either globes or a heat mat/panel could be used 28-30 degrees is good. Just ensure to read up on animals BEFORE you are going to keep them, it saves a lot of problems and sick/dead animals
