hey there just bought a gecko of ari from this site,got him on saturday night any way in the box with him where 2 bits of paper a copy for me and a pink copy so what i need help with is do i fill it out down the bottom and send it off and if so where do i send it,sorry if this sounds dumb but i have bought stuff from QLD before and have only ever got a copy for myself so i am not 100% on what to do so if some one can help me out that would be great.

Fill it out and post the white copy and the other one to your nearest branch call 1300 368 326 for what the postal address is.
