Hi all, was thinking of taking my family out to go spot some reptiles/frogs, during easter holidays.
I was wondering what are some good herp spots that people may want to share with me?
Im located in NSW, so places in NSW preferably Sydney, Wollongong and maybe Newcastle way. Not that keen on going grafton, coffs harbour and that at the moment..long drive..
Anyways, i always see Water dragons, beardeds, bluetongues, lacies, jack dragons etc im wanting to spot some of the other types of animals such as -
* Green Tree Frogs
* Diamond Pythons ( i heard its not easy to spot these lol, ill have fun looking anyway )
* Shinglebacks? ( Always taking pics of blueys, want something different
)
* Some types of geckoes? as ive never seen a gecko in the wild.
I used to take my family, through royal national park, near engadine, and sometimes blue mountains.. just want to spot a few different things..
If anybody has any recommendations or specific spots where i can spot the listed, would be appreciated! ill update you on pics too
