I live in the Port area, and it's a great place for herps even around town, but with the onset of cooler weather things are now very quiet, haven't seen a lacie or python for 3 weeks or so now, and we used to see several a week during the warmer weather, specially pythons on the roads at night.

Cheers, Jamie.

I'm in Port right now for work. Heading back tomorrow morn.

there used to be a big adult male EWD behind the caravan park at Flynns beach.. he comes out in the morning to greet the passers by, and occasionally someone will throw him a banana. He was a beautiful specimin as well, with a deep, vibrant pink coloured throat. This was a few years back now, so I don't know if he is still there.
