hides ???

hi guys just a quick question ive had my mac for a week now and i have 2 hides in her tank one in the warm area and one in the cold but she seems to always stay in the cold one and never comes out and hasnt eaten since ive had her . should i take the cold hide out and only have the warm one in there so that she might come out and have a feed?

any info will be helpful

you have only had it for a week mate dont stress too much. is it a hatchling? its in a new enviroment and wouldnt be feeling as safe as when he was at the old place. if that makes sense

at 7 monthes old i would say its the first time its seen anything other that the inside of a click clack and by the pics i have seen it looks like your keeping it in a glass tank
if you have trouble getting it to feed my guess its because its not used to all the space
try covering the enclosure for a day or so then try feeding it at night
as for it not moveing around and staying in the hide that normal for small snakes..thay tend to venture out after dark

the tank size is only about 350mm x 200mm smaller then a click clack i think
