For bigger pythons l cut up card board boxes to make the right size . When they get dirty just make another . The ONLY tape l use is good quality gaffer cloth tape [ 100 mph tape , because it will stay on a race bike at over 100 mph ] . It is also strong enough to resist a herd of drunks on a dance floor when taping down the mixing desk leads . A snake has no hope of working it loose .

Im not inventive...i bought a small ceramic one from a pet sotore..and she could fit into it 3 times over..shes so tiny

i have a fake plastic log,(resin i think, ) about 30 cm long, she just hides under it when needing to escape.

with the coconut shell do you leave the actual coconut meat on it or do you remove it and have the outer shell??

you'd need to remove the meat or it'll rot. cut the end of the coconut off and carve it out, or maybe boil it out. i cant remember i did it for my fish many years ago

I have an artificial hide that I bought from a reptile shop however my spotted prefers to curl up in a confined area between 2 rocks.

for tiny hatchies or juvis, the lid of top of descent, the container of the F10 whipes, light boxes, shoe boxes, hide boxes when i buy hides, anything really, i was even using strips of cardboards off a beer box

No u take the coconut meat out (the dog ate and made him sick).
