hides for crickets, where can i get them?

where can i get the egg flats for the crickets, also are there alternatives that i can use insted?

The cardboard rolls that glad wrap comes on. then all you do is pick up the roll and you have a meal inside. And when Patty went to the fruit shop today to get some foam boxes they had heaps of those egg carton material things that separate apples. They would do the same job as the egg flats. But maybe the tubes are better cause its easier to catch them.
