I have just aquired 2x 2year old coastals they are a breeding pair and i was wondering if it would be ok to keep them both in the same outside enclosure/avery.

SNKMST, I don't think you can call them a breeding pair just yet. At that age they probably have not bred which is what a breeding pair is. A pair that has bred. Its funny how so many people advertise breeding pairs, and yet the 2 have never had an egg. If you are selling a male and female that have not bred, simply call them a pair. otherwise it is falsly misleading. Sorry about this, its one of my pet hates.
As for your question. I know a few people in Sydney that keep Coastal Carpets outside in Avairies. As it is a little cooler in Sydney to where they are found,so you should supply a few hot boxes in the avairy so they have a place to retreat to if they get to cold. Make sure there are no escape routes, special where the roof meets the front and back walls. Snakes are fantastic escape artists.

Thanks bigguy yeah i know that i shouldnt be calling them a breeding pair what i ment to say it that they have been somewhat matched to eventually breed. well hopfully and the outside enclosure was originally for my diamond python but he is a little to small for it just yet and these two coastals are a prefect size i am currenty building another bank of 6 enclosures and i will more than likly move the coastals into there when i am finished.
I have been very pedantic about the gaps in the avery so i have silicon'd just about every gap around the base and top of it heh they wont be going anywhere hehe.
thanks again guys.

yeah well they were more or less waste branches from my uncles clearing i wacked them in there hoping the leaves would fall off before i got these to so they would have some more ground litter as the base of the avery is concrete from when it was full of birds, i layed down some woodchip when i got them so they wouldnt do any damage, was a nice big job sterilizing everything there are a few logs and stuff in there as well.
