Always check on beardie just after lights out........and this is a first...........when people told me they sleep pretty much anywhere I was a little bewildered but after seeing where it was tonight I am utterly convinced to expect the unexpected.

It doesn't matter where mine are or what they're doing, as soon as the lights switch off (on auto timers) they just crash. You look at them sometimes and wonder how the hell they can sleep in the positions they end up in.

I can watch mine searching for their sleeping place about half an hour before the lights go out!! Its just hilarious, especially when you see a pile of beardies trying to find a comfy spot in the same place!

Breeding maybe down the track, but then I think I will leave that for the other experts on this forum. Maybe a snake down the track, but I want to get better skilled at rearing reptiles and gain a better understanding all round. |

At least half an hour before their light goes off they are searching for a sleeping place. (Usually on top of each other). They also know when they are about to be fed. I get their crickets ready in a seperate container to feed them and as soon as they see the crickets my beardies spring from their enclosure to get at them. Little Piggies!!! | |
