POST FROM KEVYN:

Spotteds are great first snakes. I just sold a friend of mine his first 2 snakes and they were a pair of spotteds aswell. He want me to get him a ball pythons but I kind of think that spotteds are better first snakes because they are prone to fasting the way balls are. Of all the Antaresia, spotteds are my favourites. I'm looking forward to seeing the babies my friends produce. Best of luck and enjoy. Post some pics when you get them.

Congratulations! Spotted was my first (and second) snakes and they are great snakes and very easy to keep. Great choice for a first snake!

Antaresia are great snakes, good choice. I started with an Antaresia Stimsoni and she is easy as pie to keep. Like Ad warned though they are addictive and one isn't enough.
Bit of trivia, anyone know why small blotched pythons generally have larger blotches than large blotched pythons? Or that's what I think at least.

Is it the actual python that they are saying are larger in the description ? not the blotches - just a thought

"I'm very often wrong" lol
