| | | Hi every one i have a small bar fridge i want to convert into a incubator this is my first time breeding can any one tell me what ,watt heat cord and themostat i should use any info will be really appreciated.

I run a 9metre in mine, but I think you could get away with a 6 metre one. I would also consider a B1 or DL1 microclimate as mrbredli has mentioned. I would go the dimmerstat personally as I believe they will hold a better temp than the pulse proportional DL2/B2 series. The DL1 is dearer, but is a microprocessor based with built in alarms to warn you if your incubator is too hot or too cold. So, if the eggs in the incubator are worth a few dollars, then get a DL1.
