Jimna State Forest, QLD

Went camping at Jimna last weekend. Saw quite a few herps, managed to get pics of some.

The GTS decided to make our tent it's new home, I pulled it out from underneath within the first hour of us putting it up!

Unfortunately we also saw a dead carpet python on the road, was nice and big!

And one of HERP COUNTRY.

Enjoy....

I loved Jimna! We went there last year for Australia Day and saw a RBBS and a monitor.
You are almost at the exact same spot we camped at! It's an awesome camp ground and we can't wait to go there again!

Peach Tree Camping grounds. $9/night, dirt cheap! 40km north of Kilcoy.

I think we saw a RBBS too, but it was too quick for me to positively identify it and dissappeared into thick bush.
