If the temps are ok and the food was ok (not off?) then it obviously has something pretty serious going on internally. Best get it to a vet ASAP.

Are 100% the food is ok?
Don't trust that you're not being supplied crook stuff, try food from another source. No unusual behaviour involved?

Did you upgrade it's food items? Maybe the food is too big? Vet time though!
