keeping pythons in tubs

Hey all, I was just wondering if it is ok to keep full grown pythons in storage tubs permanently if the tub is big enough.Will they still breed when kept like this if temp is controlledthrough heat cord and thermostat?

not sure on the litres but here's the dimensions
