Iv only had my snake over winter, so wouldn't know how it will be with the temps in her enclosure over summer, in a new house too so don't know if my room will get too hot or not.
So how do you keep the cool end cool if the ambient room temp is around 30?
My coastal often uses the cool end when she gets a bit hot on the warm side which is currently at 32*c, and I don't want that to be the overall enclosure temp over summer.
Any info would help, cheers.

Have a vent in that side and drop the heat spot temperature unless the snake is digesting. That's what I do, anyway. Or you could put the tank into an airconditioned room, or a room with an open window and fan.

I keep the windows open and the fan going. Then when it gets too hot the AC goes on and stays on. Technicaaly just for the snakes, but we all enjoy it....

An air conditioner will certainly help! As will switching off the heat during the day when you know it is going to be hot. Blocking windows with sheets of polystyrene (or anything really) may offer some protection also. When temps are dangerously hot, you can add ice packs or water bottles filled with frozen water to their cages, wrapped in a towel or something similar. As a last resort, you can always chuck your herp(s) into a click clack and put them in the laundry (or somewhere cool) for the day.
