If one ever flys over sth east qld, let alone all of qld, one realises how big the state is, and how small an area of people we are, so really there is no point to collecting and killing the ones we see.
Apart from the fact that they are roamers, so waves of the buggers will come back into an unpopulated gap in the suburbs.
I doubt it will have any impact on numbers long term or otherwise.
So for me its a big, whats the point day. I dont even bother killing the ones I see now because of its futility. And if its futile, why then am I killing it? No I cant see a moral reason to kill it when evidence tells me they are now an Aussie animal for life.
And Im no greeny either nore an animal hugger, I just think it is pointless to "hate" these things anymore.
