Hay guys,
First time at breeding geckos this year. Just wondering Im having a shot at Levis Levis. I here some people do and some people dont, leave the male in. Should i be leaving the male and female together during the whole breeding process? They have 1 hide and 2 nest boxes in each enclosure which is 60 x 60 x 60. Any thoughts much appreciated. Also Ive got a Hovabator manual incubator. Now its Brand New. Its one where water goes underneath and the eggs sit on the wire (birds). For gex eggs should i be using say a chinese takeaway container with 50 50 verm water and place that on top of the wire? Does that sound about right? We're incubating Silky Chicken Fertile Eggs in it atm - to test it out lol. Any help with these 2 subjects and any other tips appreciated. Thanks Guys!
Cel

I leave my male and female together the whole time and just take him out when shes had a few clutches.
I use 1:1 verm to water (sometimes a bit drier) in a small lunch box - works for me
good luck with it

Ill post pics of my gex enclosure tomorrow and see what you all think. Its pretty much a 60 x 60 x 60 melamine enclosure with glass front door. Infared reflector globe at the back centre of the enclosure. next box on the rear right and another on the front left. Also there hide is at the rear left. So theres enough room, enough nests and enough heat with a hot and cool end. And im going to be feedine every night. Post pics 2moz
