In my experiences, i have never had young knobbies attack each other if kept together. Even multiple males won't fight until they start to become sexually mature.
However i would recommend you keep them seperated for the first few months of their life - if you have the means to do so. Keeping them seperated while young allows you to monitor their food intake and make sure that one of them isn't pigging out, while the other is missing out. Once they have grown a bit and have become much more competent at hunting (hatchling knobbies usually start off pretty hopeless), you could then stick them together.
Alternatively some breeders prefer to keep them seperated througout their life, only introducing them to mate, and then seperating them again when the female becomes gravid.
