Talking Lace Monitor Help Needed :)

HI all,
I purchased my ultimate reptile a Lace Monitor a while ago.
Its a Female and I love her dearly...
She was 6 months old when I got her and now she would be about a year.

Problem...

She wants to eat me and I cannot seem to persuade her otherwise!!!

Few things I have tried include:
1/ Leaving her alone in a busy room with people walking past all the time to get used to movement.
2/ Getting her out every night and handling her until she is tired.
3/ rewarding her with egg when she is out to show its a good thing.

Now before everyone pays me out I have been rescueing them for a few years now and know that they are a naturally aggressive animal and I also know how to handle them etc etc etc...

Does anyone have any helpful info on other techniques I can use to get her to calm down at all or does anyone take them in to train?
Jo

yes sell her to me.
nah my lacey was very freindly when i got it and once it started to grow and put a bit off beef on it gained the attitude. but then again laceys are known to be angry and i got them knowing that it will probably hate me unless i have food in my hands.
it gives them more character when they have attitude,
i just got a air of welding gloves because even when they are friendly their claws ar still sharp.

sam.
