License renewal

I just remembered that my license is due for renewal this month. Due to stress of work etc, i forgot. Also because i renew it every second year i have forgotten the choice of fees payable. I am on class 2.

Is it still: 1 year = $60
2 years = $120
5 years = $240

Also, is it still payable to the Director-general in Hurstville?

Sorry guys, i know i should know this but its been an agonising past 3 months for me and i havent been thinking straight.
