Lizard Lighting

hey there all

just a few quick questions about some of my enclosure

they were obviosly last used for snakes as they dont have fluro fitting for reptie tubes so my question is whats the best thing to use in these enclosures as they aint big enough for 2ft fluro tubes

1 is a 3 bank enclosure and each measures rufly 1.5ft X 1.5ft X 1.5ft

the other is a 2ft X 1ft X 1.5ft rufly

i was looking at the new retiglo compact fluro's or the mercury vapour bulbs

http://www.herptrader.com.au/Lighting.html

they can both be found on there

any help will be great

thanks

wouldnt MVB's be a bit too warm fro small enclosures?

from what i've read the compact lights lose their UV potency after a short period of time, so i wouldnt recommend them unless u have a UV light meter..

hmmm,...that doesnt really help,...sorry,.....
