I'd like to set up a tank package for display in my shop. The tank I have in mind is only 48cm long x 36cm high and 30cm wide. I was thinking of a lizard set up. I can't make it too elaborate or it won't sell. But what can you suggest I put together in this tank to create a Starter's Kit? I know different lizards have different UV requirements so wasn't gonna put that in, but how big a heat bulb would I need for this size tank?
What else would you consider mandatory in any lizard set up?
Thanks for help. I think its time I found myself an Encyclopedia so I can find out all this myself instead of wasting forum space. Thanks anyway.

What lizard types are you going promote with the tank? I think most would grow out of a 48cm tank too quickly. Also a longer tank is easier to keep a thermal gradient. I would lean toward a 2ft tank as a minimum for a single lizard juvenile. My four foot tank with three beardies started to seem crowded at one year of age.
Gecko tank I suppose it would be okay. but beardies and blueys will out grow the tank very quickly.
A 3ft tank, heat lamp, bag of breeders choice, stand and maybe a log that gives the animal something to climb on a bit. This is what I would package up anyways.
Bulb wattages would depend on the animal and state you are in (Vic would need more heat type thing).
