Hi guys
Im in the midst of turning an old cupboard into an enclosure for my bredli. It is 4 ft wide and 5 1/2 ft high with 3 hinged doors just with cupboard door fixings which just pull open. I was wondering how the best way to secure the doors so she wouldnt be able to puch them open once she gets a bit of size about her.
cheers chris

make the door lockable.
that way you can also make sure no one can get in there.

Buy a camlock from bunnings ( about $6 ). Use a piece of angle aluminium to act as a stopper.
Looks good, easy to install and secure (if you remember to remove the keys )

You should definately lock to the doors to part of the cage instead of locking them to each other

trick went installing the cam locks - make sure you drill the right sized hole, they can be deceptive. Drill a hole in a scrap peice of wood first. This is from experence.
