Best thing to do would be contact the WA parks and wild life comission, they should give you all the info you need.

Give westaussie a buzz he'll probably be able to help you out.
There are numerous pet shops that sell them.
The last one I saw was at a pet-shop in Balcatta, they had 2 left with $1200 price tags...
