MacHerps Meeting Friday 21st Sept

The September meeting of the Macarthur Herp Society is next Friday night.

When: 21stth September, 7:30pm
Where: Bradbury Community Centre (behind the Bradbury Inn)
The Parkway, Bradbury (next to Campbelltown, NSW)

Topic: "Forum Night"

Details:
We are holding a Forum night aimed to all levels of reptile keepers. On the night we will have a great panel of breeders and collection holders. The panel will cover question from as little as how to setup for your new reptile to as complex as breeding.
The panel will consist of the following people, Darren Whittaker, Peter Johnson, Arthur Weeding, Bob Gleesson and Dr. Anne Fowler is currently the reptile vet at the Camden Avian, Reptile Clinic; she will assist with the vet related questions.
This is a first for MacHerps and we are hoping to be a big night, we have created this type of forum for you to understand and again a better understanding of your animals, it will defiantly help you in the future if you are thinking if getting different types of animals and/or growing your collection.

Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting. For non-members there's a $2 entry fee to help cover the cost of hall hire.

After the meeting, those of us old enough will visit the pub next door to discuss herpetology and other interesting topics.

If you are buying crickets and are from Bio-Supplies, please don't throw away the containers. Why not bring then into the monthly meeting we will them send them back to Bio-Supplies. This will help make a small but significant footprint to our environment and our hobby.

Troy not interrested in been on the panel. So its up to the APS community who live in SYD. Now that we have open spaces We are looking for 1 lizard panel member and someone with a collection of various animals to join the panel.
