i was just wanting to know if anyone has every witnessed male and female python combat, because 2 of my Jungles were fighting this afternoon.
The female is a definite female as i have witnessed her breeding with another male
and i am 99 % sure the male is a male.
Any explanations of why they were fighting would be greatly appreciated

I was talking to Jungle freak about the possilbity of that
but there was another male in with the 2 that were fighting which the male that was fighting ignored
and the 2 that were fighting had been in together earlier this season and had not had a problem with one another

yep again that was what i was discussing with Jungle Freak about and the fact the male ignored the other male sort of threw doubt over that idea

i have seen it with my male stimmie and a friends thought to be female, my male was biting the other numerous times, while wrapping themselves together , we thought it was tough love, but then chose to separate, abit to much tough luvin, so assumed the supposed female was male. cheers debbie

Only way is to get them all probed. Sounds like it's 2 males for sure.
I put a pair together earlier this season, tails went together but something wasn't happening that was meant to, next thing the two jungles were at each other big time. Yep, 2 males.
