On their old price list they had HMR 'Commodity Colours' which blacks falls into. They've changed their price list now though so i'm not sure what they are selling and what they are not selling. Give them a call, you might be surprised.

$33 a sheet for 16mm white, 1200 x 2400
for a sheet of colour, any colour, 1200 x 2400 then cut into whatever sizes you want is
$65
+ $2 pm for poly edging..
you'll all see when i post pics and details of my enclosure build..

HMR is a better board not brittle like the stuff from Bunnings and if they could cut the sheet without chipping it that might help so they don't use a scriber to start will - With out HMR even a small spot not covered with silicon will start to expanded.

but if you seal joints in the stuff from bunnings it will be ok , might not last as long as the HMR though .... |

i am trying to price it out to see if making it myself is significantly (ie worth losing fingers) cheaper than having it made.
