Reciently i got a new Bredli, i gave her the 1st wk to settle in, the the 2nd wk cause she was shedding. I pulled her out yesterday and she is RATHER snappy.
So i thought i'd feed her and she ate, but afterwards she went and sat in her water bowl, now i have read some previous posts, and know that they do that sometimes when they have mites.
However i haven't seen her doing it before, is this a common thing after feeding??
Any help would be great.

My coastal who will be 2 yrs in NOV 06 occasionally likes to sit in his water bowl after a feed, no mites on him, not just my opinion, he has had a recent vet check as well and was deemed in excellent health and parasite free.
He is also very snappy, hence the vet check to make sure it was just a "personality" thing and he wasn't in any discomfort (ie; parasites, illness, over / under fed etc.)
hope this helps |
