Multiple feeds???

We're looking at increasing our young pythons feed.As we still have a few small fuzzies left we're wondering if it is possible(safe for Syd)to feed two at one feeding and if so how should the timing be of giving him/her them?
ie:straight after each other or wait 10 min etc.

Cheers once again......Rob & Kylie

Just wait long enough for the first one to go down properly, prob. a couple of min.
The snake will show you when ready, as he starts looking for more.

I dont know what species Syd is, but since Ive had my juvi jungle Ive fed her on two mice a week, and she's always seemed healthy and devoped normally. I used to wait until she had one right down into her stomach, then give her the second one before she locked her jaw back in place.

Cheers, Jay

My male Childreni was rather hungry last night, it ate 4 30g rats in succession. My male Coastal ate 2x300g,female2x 250 and all4 maccies ate three fuzzies each with my yearling Childreni eating 4 pinkies. Just wait until your Syd is looking for food and give him another. If he's not looking for more offer it anyway as he may be conditioned not to expect another but will take it if offered. Good luck and let us know how you go with him

Hungry Lad!

No worries....He nailed the second fuzzy harder than the first. But the strange thing was that he swallowed them both tail first!!!Is that weird or is it common for a hungry coastal to do that??

Cheers.........
