sweet scrub,
i have a pair both are awesome display animals, my male is around 7ft and very easy to handle, but in saying that never take my eyes off him as the strike as amazingly speed,he can be cage protective though. my female is well gloves on and hook even though she only 3ft i wanna discourage her from drawing blood.
I keep a routine with my pair for handling and feeding


once u get past the peeing all over the place they would have to be the prettiest aussie python around with the bold head scales and big eyes

yep i agree gotta love the heads...yes they comand alot of respect,not saying other snakes dont but scrubs do, the last thing you want is an aggrivated 4mtre+ scrubby. my good mates have a pair, well and truely 4mtres plus and iv seen them out of the enclosure and inside the enclosure they are big pussy cats but very dangerous animals. they tell me in feeding mode they strike like no tomorow, up in your face and everything. our little girl is only small but even at her size you can see her strike range is huge compared to other pythons i own of similar size.

gloves and hook for a 3 footer is a bit extreme! they are not vampires, take the hits!

my hatchie scrubby doesnt bite it just craps on me wenever i get it out i would rather it bite but im assuming it will eventually grow out of it
