My Gecko Shed

Hey All

I thought i might post some updates on my little Thick Tailed Gecko... He shed

He's been eating 6 crickets every 3 days or so and loving them, renovating his home almost constantly which is well wicked to watch and still havnt heard a peep out of him the crickets on the other hand.... noisy little buggers.

I wont and dont pretend to be an expert on Geckos... in fact... i know how to keep him happy and healthy and thats really about it So to see him shed was really quite a shock to me and to see how he got the skin off was worth a good giggle... he tore shreds off with his mouth

Anyhoo... Here are some pictures of the little guy for you all to enjoy.

This is with the old skin all off and the new skin all showing AINT HE ADORABLE!!!

as the shed was completely unexpected... knowing how they go about getting the old skin off was unknown to me so i put that "furniture" in there with him to try and help... as i was putting him on top of it he reached round, grabbed a hunk of old skin and ripped it off he showed me how he wanted to do it
