These only get to about 2 ft but still stocky.

Pythin blue you can breed them at 2-3 years of age.
Eden,they are class 1 in nsw

Our Alice Springs form are adults and closer to a total length of 400mm and that is mostly tail.

Does breeding them at such a young age affect them in any way,such as egg bound ?

no cooling needed just heat them and feed them.
feed them as much as they will eat every day. but if your temps are wrong they wont grow as fast.
monitors retain there eggs when there is no place suitable to lay.
