I am cooling a trio at the moment but what interests me is the previous owner saying "they didn't seem interested". Bredl's can be more age oriented than size oriented but if they are around four years old the male should show interest. You may have a viable pair that just wasn't old enough last year. They may indeed go for you this season.

i think the male is 4 and a half at the moment. do you think he would have been to young last year he is under two meters a little

Should be, where are you and what has been your temp regime? It's not too late to cool them and it is quite possible with Bredl's that he was too young last year. The pair was sexed reliably?

"male isnt interested" is usually a weak excuse for "i couldnt breed them"

for your sake i hope this isnt the case. just keep your temps right, cool properly and keep your fingers crossed

A bottle of Jim Beam always works for me, but then for some strange reason the female looses interest.
