Can you get a clearer picture of the throat?

If he calls it is a male, females can cry out in distress but not call. Sometimes you can see a darker baggier throat from calling.
Males can get 'nuptial pads" rough spots on there thumbs to hold on to the female.

It can be hard to sex them, especially at this time of year. The best way to find out is in breeding season - The males will call and develop nuptual pads between their fingers. I've also been told that the males tend to be more yellow under their chins and chests.
