are they legal here? i just went through the species code guide and they arent listed

well i just rang dse and they said they are the same as a knob tail and that they can be kept on a basic licence

I strongly suggest you get that in writing, most of them wouldn't have a clue and you will get a different answer every time. Knob tail according to their schedule is N. levis which isnt N. amyae.

i second jungle python,there not just a knob tail theres lots of different species of them and i wouldnt go on what someone on the phone said,they wouldnt have a clue,it would be like them saying henrylawsoni or mitchels bearded dragons are just a bearded dragon and u can get them

alex,try calling again and tell them its a different species of knob tail,i wouldnt go ahead and buy one unless u had it in writing that u could keep them legally,tsk tsk dse

yeah im in the middle of the call now and got told the same thing again and asked for it in writing and she was stunned lol and going on about how they can only send me a schedule book and then i told her they arent the same species she went and spoke to her supervisor and apparently they are mailing me the specific info on the species so hopefully its what i want and not a damn schedule book lol
