Will 2 hours a week be fine? or 30 min a day? also He used to be kept outside but he has a kink in his tail, I was told that may be a sign of MBD but he had been outside in UV and he had Calcium supplements, do you know if it is MBD or not?

It really needs access to UV all the time during daylight hours as far as i have heard. I don't know that there is really a quantifiable ammount it needs.

You should have a proper UV fluoro light in his enclosure all day every day, and take him outside when you can for some natural sunlight.
I would think that if he was kept outside in good conditions gettgin fed properly the kink in his tail probably isnt anything to do with MBD, if it's the tip of the tail it's much more likely a cagemate bit him and it bent before it came off... lucky it's still there at all! If it's further up the tail it may be a birth deformity, I've seen a few of these.
Just make sure you give him all his requirements - heat, light, shelter, food, vitamins, and he should be fighting fit | | |
