New Beardie

Just brought home the newest member of my collection (proof that you cant just stop at one reptile). A male pogona vitticeps who I am naming
Malys after a dragon from the Dragonlance series. He is already eating from my hand - way too cool.

Derek

he is 10 inches (16cm) snout to tip of tail. Coolest thing about Malys is that my wife thinks he is cute and thinks his behaviour is interesting. She doesnt really care for my snakes ( bredl's)

I hate to say it, but a petstore. A very good reptile store in my opinion. Knowlegeable and very well kept reptiles. And very close to my house.

You should have a chat with Neven, before you buy your next lot! He breeds them and would probably sell them to you for less than the pet shop! He lives in Melbourne too. ;-)

Amazing Amazon is the petstore. I did speak to Neven but he only had hatchlings , I was looking for something a little older.

Congratulations Derek. When Judy read the name to me I had presumed that it was one of the "Seven Deadly Sins' ... but the spelling is quite different ;-)

I look forward to coming around and meeting him!

Thanx Derek, you & Michelle are both very hospitable people...we are off to do the 'native plant' shopping...sure you can't join us??

The 'Feng Shuied' garage looks fantastic!!! It is a bit of a shock!
