Smile New Reptile Owner

Hi, we are purchasing our first reptile, a spotted python, can I get some advise on the best lighting, heating, and thermostats to buy? The python is only a few months old, so it will be in a clik-clack. We want to put a live plant in the enclosure as well, which would be best? Also any other advise, we would love it. We have read books, researched on the net etc. , now we are getting confused.
Thanks

hey
i have a pair of spotted pythons!!! i think they are awsome and they were my first reptile... HI 5
i keep mine in a 1m x 50cm x 50cm enclosure and they are adult! hatchies should be in click clacks or whatever they call em! when mine were little i had them on a heat mat on about 30*C, for lighting, i just have a small 75watt bulb in there tank and the heat mat and that does them well!
i don't about a live plant in a click clack, it got to hard for me to keep choosing out door plants so i bought fake ones, they are alot better then i thought!

hope this helps if you want more info pm me!!!

Luke
