normal behaviour?

Hey all,
I was just showing a mate my coastal and she got very clingy to my hand and really squirmy almost tied herself in a knot.
When I went to put her into her enclosure she wasn't as keen to go in as she normally is and when she did go in she was all squirmy again untill she sellted into her fav posi.

Is this normal?

What does it mean?

Educated/experienced answers please ! NO GUESSING !!!!
Cheers.

you should leave a snake 2-3 days after a feed but the snake might be different because it got the scent of your mate and is it is a hatchling ??

chill, when i handle my snakes there are some that never want to go back into the enclosure but they settle without any worries. your concern is good but not necessary. relax.
it is good though that you can notice differences in your snakes behaviour.
cheers

thanks

thanks grass!
Just wanting to know she's ok and more for my education than anything else.
I assumed it was because she could smell someone else and also wondered if it could because of aftershave etc (as he was on his way out)
Cheers.

One of our Bredlis does a similar thing when we get him out to show friends he hasn't met before. I am sure some snakes just don't like strangers.
