| Depends on where they're rubbing. Most snakes will rub their glass fronts from time to time, but it wont last long and is usually the snake just actively searching the enclosure.
If the snake is rubbing it's snout into the corners of the enclosure or rubbing vents on a regular basis then that may be a concern(especially if damge is being done to the snout), and could possibly be due to the enclosure being too small.
My snakes occasionally rub up and down the glass front of their enclosure where the two panes of glass overlap, but as long as damage is never done to their snouts (and it never is)then i'll let them go at it. You'll find that once they've had their fix, they usually dont rub again for some time. But if you always try to stop them doing it, they always seem to want to do it.
