I have recently had a large olive placed in my care the snake has been ill cared for it has four large areas of burns on it each about the size of a match box that i am picking are from an exposed light globe and it had no skin on its nose, (most likely from being kept in chicken wire) which seems to be healing alright , it has gone from red raw to pink in the last week.
I was just wondering what sort ointment i can put on these areas if any that will give it some kind of relief and help speed up the healing process.
It is such a shame as this is one of the most tollerant ,nicest natured snakes i have ever come accross.. any help will be greatly appreciated..

otiderm or oticlean, same stuff just diferent brand names. Magic stuff, its a spray not an ointment so is easy to appy, available at the vets.
Might pay to flagyl and worm it as well.
