We all know someone who had blonde hair when young, that darkened as they grew up.

but they dont develop black hair right? i would expect her to darken but can she actually develop normal coastal markings?

Lol, wouldn't that be an interesting morph I've seen photos of normal looking coastal that was like yours when young, but then there are ones like fuscy's example there... I completely agree:
