Question opinion

hi guys,

thinking of keeping two pythons together

roughly the same size but different types

No, they may eat each other and they may produce hybrids (depending on sex.)

They'll be right as long as they have enough space and are fed separately.

Using pythons is a pretty expensive way to feed other pythons. Don't risk losing one of them, house them seperately.

Should be ok, as long as they are around the same size, are they definitely both female?

People usually say not to keep snakes together (even the same kind) but if there are plenty of hides and space it shouldn't be a problem.

one is a bredl and the other is a jungle carpet ( both non agressive)

jungle could end up as food. I wouldn't keep diff species together.

have seen pics of pythons and elapids housed together on this site.
I wouldn't do it myself but it can be done as in the wild they would not turn around and think someone else lives close by so I'll move...........
