Outdoor inner city sunning enclosure...do you like?

It was sitting there in a little asian owned "discount store" in matraville and i thought it would do the job, and for only $5, it was the best herp bargain yet...lol And im an el cheapo and couldnt justify paying $80-100 for a similar thing specifically for reptiles.

And yes, it is pink.

cheers, Alan.

I hate to be a prick about this Alan but I can see so much wrong, on so many levels, with your new outdoor enclosure.

I may just over worry about things but I can see little claws being caught on that thin mesh. Not to mention the cloth bottom. I don't think it should be used for any type of Lizard, that's for sure. The little Coastals maybe(as long as there's no escape holes) but for Lizards? No way.

Just my opinion.

Greg.

Damn ay, they havent minded it so far and cause the mesh is the same size hole wise as the black fandangle ones you can get i thought it would be ok?
I'll just have to get a proper one then sometime.

From what I have been told about you...it suits ya ...

Even if you cant use it for lizards, you should be able to fix up for ure little coastals or something as Greg said!

I have used it for the coastals, there are no escape holes and they seem to like to just lay there in the sun. But i always check on them every 20 minutes or so just to be sure. And yes, there are a few little hides in there if they want to get out of the sun.

I would have to say that i agree..

Just go to clints warehouse or the local trash and treasure markets and buy a huge bird cage for $20 - $30 bucks, whack a few climbing rocks and branches, and voila - happy bearded dragons

the beardeds are only about 15cm from nose to end of tail so they are too small for a birdcage atm.
