Can anyone please tell me what is a safe paint to use in an enclosure and where to get it?
It's for painting fake rocks.

Never painted fake rocks but I usually use either a water based lacquer for a woodgrain finish or Dulux Aquanamel for a coloured finish. Water based pain odours tend to clear a lot quicker and I feel a bit more comfortable about the safety of these in enclosures.
I've found the Aquanamel absolutely brilliant when it comes to cleaning, almost anything will just wipe off with a wet paper towel.
